Kevin Roger has spent his career serving the Tampa Bay community. As a retired Hillsborough County Fire Captain and former training instructor, he understands the importance of trust, preparation, clear communication, and putting people first.

Today, Kevin brings that same service-first mindset to real estate. He helps buyers and sellers understand their options, prepare for each step, and make confident decisions without unnecessary pressure.

As a Tampa Bay native and father of six, Kevin knows the area’s neighborhoods, schools, sports, and communities firsthand. His goal is not simply to help clients complete a transaction. It is to help them find the right path for their family, budget, and future.
